Hi KatyL, Some people can’t play it (no banners or notifications at all, clicked and it went blank or nothing and etc). However, some can by clicking at Play (popped up when the app is opened or when clicked Shop). I hope that helps (not a Sephora iPhone app user myself). I updated more info above.
