How does it work?
Each new season brings different product needs and a reason to refresh your beauty cabinet. In your Walmart Beauty Box, you’ll find sample beauty products and tips on how to use those and other items sold at Walmart and on Walmart.com. Receiving your Walmart Beauty Box will be another reason to welcome each new season.
Each subscriber will be charged upon receiving an order confirmation (locking in your box for the season).
If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your account information to make sure the payment and shipping information in your account is up to date (as well as check your junk mail). Following the order confirmation email is a shipping confirmation, once you receive the shipping confirmation email you can expect a delivery within 5-10 business days.
Each seasonal Beauty Box is a limited edition and may sell out at any time.
Note: Beauty products may vary by box.
I did a research a bit and find out that you will receive more makeup items if you are in the younger age groups and you will receive more skincare items otherwise.

I have literally subscribed to all of the boxes. ALL of them. Except Macy’s or Ultas.
I’m feeling chatty, so here’s my thoughts:
My opinion: the Beautified You boxes are great deals, the $15 basic one (w free shipping) has very good samples of great products. They have $5 dermalogica sets (free ship) that are incredible steals.
The Amazon boxes were great and the way you get to order on the credit you spent is pretty amazing. I wish they were more regular.
I generally like Birchbox but once they started making the “sampler” sets it seemed they focused on those more than their core box. I do like their Limited Edition boxes, especially the home ones. I have bought the main home one (with the white vase and picture frame) three times! Those have all paid off in good product. But the monthly one is getting repetitive.
Ipsy is disappointing, I’m cancelling it now. I’m sick of dry shampoos and beach sprays. GlossyBox is so iffy, last month was awful and this month was great (full size Huile Progidiuese!). I’m going to give it one more month.
I don’t like the Target boxes much as I am too snobby (LOL) for their brands. Same with Walmart.
I think Sephora’s PLAY is my biggest disappointment. Really, another mini Smashbox primer? Gee, thanks!
I really hate FabFitFun. I think those boxes are a terrible joke as they pump up manufacturer’s retail prices to make it seem like you are getting alot for your money but you’re not. Yoga straps? A water bottle? Oh, it’s fruit-infused, it must be special. It’s as if they don’t know you can compare on Amazon.
My favorite “boxes” are the beauty sampler bags from Beauty Brands and Ulta. Those have incredible deals in them…tons of good sized samples. The Beauty.com sample bag every so often that they have is great, but twice I’ve been shorted the gift bag despite a big purchase and they won’t make good on it. So I’m cancelling many boxes and just going to save up for the sampler bags with purchase from those stores.
I did like the Meme boxes but they seem a little childish and cute and I’m trying to develop a sophisticated persona (ha). I did buy some for my son’s girlfriend. The masks are great and that cat headband is on my head every morning!
For what it’s worth, if you subscribe to other boxes, or want to, the Raw Spice Club is neat and cheap but we rarely used the spices. Try the World was very pricey, but if you get an intro offer you won’t be disappointed. The foods are good, packaged neatly, and are just fun. The Crazy Cat Lady box was also rather a disappointment. It came with a crocheted hat for women that barely fit a baby. The Happy Mess stationary box and it’s sister box are both also not worth the money. The card stock is poor and they just look like cheap mass produced cards.
I want to try a Planner and Art club next….
I will now shut up.

You are so awesome, Amy! Are you accepting a trainee? I would love to be trained from the best! Thanks a lot for your great feedback, tips and updates! Please chat again and again, I love it.
• I am really curious about Beautfiedyou beauty boxes. It’s great that you confirmed that they are offering decent steals.
• Amazon sample boxes – Amazon Prime perks in the US are top notch. Sample boxes of everything we could imagine + free credits. All hands down.
• The original subscription box services like Birchbox or Ipsy are definitely having a lot of competitors.
• Target and Walmart beauty boxes – I wish they use the strength of being Target and Walmart.
• Sample bags from Beautybrands, Ulta, or beauty.com – Beautybrands sample bag is one of my favorite too!
• Memebox –The price is better than other retailers. The quality can be mixed but I am having so much fun throwing $15 at them and get so many new (and cute) items to try. I like the cat head band too.
• I love your opinions about the other seven subscription boxes too.
• Sephora Play is the only subscription box I sign up.
I read ingredients and invest in high quality products especially skincare. So gift with purchase is my ultimate love. I can buy any beauty products and hand pick free gift with purchase – no rush and no strings.
I am lucky to have a reader like you here to share our loves. It’s a very tiny niche group and you guys are always lovely, cozy, supportive and positive. I appreciate it. Love your comment Amy!
