The Burberry Beauty Box $35 2017 is almost identical to the 2016 version except one item (marked **). Here’s my thoughts and swatches for the 3 items!
Today I am here to share with you an exceptionally gorgeous Burberry Festive 2016 Box $35 – $133 value. I impulsively picked it up right after it landed at Sephora. It has sold out at Nordstrom in no time (all Burberry beauty). I have had no regrets since! Read on for more product swatches, images, details, and my thoughts.

Burberry Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base in Nude Radiance No.01

A Burberry runway beauty icon, this multi-use base illuminates the complexion to create the signature Burberry dewy glow.
This 55 percent water-infused primer glides across the skin with incredible ease and hydrates instantly. Its blend of mirror-flat intense reflection pearls help to blur minor imperfections for shimmer-free, youthful-looking luminosity. The universal shade, Nude Radiance No.01, adds a fresh, dewy glow to any skintone, while Golden Radiance No.02 gives skin a warmed tone.
Glowing skin is synonymous with Burberry makeup. It’s the starting point for any of the brand’s beauty looks whether part of a campaign, tutorial, or runway show.

IcanGWP review: Want to experience Burberry runway beauty icon or signature Burberry dewy glow? This product is very natural looking and doesn’t add shine. The texture feels light and airy. It is almost translucent. This ultra-lightweight highlight finish is pearlescent. It’s not glittery, doesn’t have a metallic shine and is not greasy or sticky. Makes my skin look healthy, hydrated and radiant. It’s definitely beautiful. Plus, it’s fragrance free too! This product is way more subtle than Giorgio Armani or Becca liquid highlighters. I highly recommend this product if you
- have oily skin
- do not want glitter, shimmer or metallic shine in your highlight
- live in a tropical humid area
- look “greasy” from other highlighters
- other highlighters draw attentions to your issues (acne, scar, dry patch or lines)
I do not recommend this product to those that want extreme highlight like Becca Champagne Collection.
Burberry Lip Velvet in Military Red No.429

The light-as-air, comfortable-wear lipstick lasts with defined shape and continuous color.
IcanGWP review: “A comfortable, non-drying, soft-matte lipstick with a lasting, velvety finish.” explains it all. This ultra-creamy lipstick goes on beautifully without lip liner or primer. It has around 6-hour wearing time for me. When it starts to fade, it leaves a bit of an even raspberry tint which is quite cute. As Burberry usually does, they started from a very “safe” shade. Military Red is a new exciting shade for my vanity. It’s semi-opaque red with slight plum in it. It goes beautiful even on top of lip balm! There’s a tiny amount of fragrance.

Burberry Cat Lashes in Jet Black No. 01

An eye opening, volume mascara that creates a cat eye effect and leaves lashes volumized, stretched and defined, and beautifully fanned-out from corner to corner.
Cat Lashes Mascara features an innovative hourglass-shaped brush, made with elastomer, that hugs, stretches, and separates every lash to deliver incredibly defined, bold lashes. The brush’s short bristles wrap lashes in the formula to create volume, while the longer bristles comb to create separation and definition for a clump-free finish. The cone-shape tip allows you to stretch out the outer corner lashes to emphasize a cat eye look. Rich yet lightweight, the inky formula glides from the root to the tip, providing an intense finish and all-day wear, while lashes remain soft and flexible. The result can be built up without clumping, allowing for customized intensity.
IcanGWP review: I like mascaras and you can see my love and how much I experimented with my mascaras in my post here for Lashstash to go 2015 review. I’ve tried this new Burberry Cat Lashes and this is not the one for me. It’s easy to remove with warm water and it is fragrance free.
Eye Color Silk in Pale Barley No. 102

IcanGWP review: The packaging is very luxurious. This silky powder formula has a gorgeous blend of Talc, Mica, Aluminum Starch and Dimethicone. It goes on so smooth. This is a perfect satiny gold/brown shade with subtle glow. Pale Barley is such a beautiful neutral color. This shade is light but cannot be built up. It is a definitely staple shade for an easy effortless everyday look.

You can imagine models on a catwalk with nude makeup that is so light but so very beautiful like nothing you’ve ever seen before. With signature items from Burberry in this kit, you can create an effortlessly stunning fall makeup look. People who have curated this set seriously know about making people look their best. IIt’s a foolproof beauty box. I love the gorgeous array of gold neutral tone eyeshadow and bold lip tone included. These are great for fall and winter. I wore the entire Burberry beauty box. I am so happy with the look. It’s one of the best well-rounded makeup beauty boxes this year. This is definitely a perfect way to try many Burberry beauty makeup products without splurging!
