Hi. In such a case that a gift for purchase is finished, does the store send another one? It has not happened to me, but I have doubts because in the links of the gifts sold sold out but the same continue promoting them.

Hi Noemi. If it was not in your cart, I doubt they will send it. Nordstrom is doing a great job on sending us every gwp and sample we picked in the cart. No replacement like other retailers (say … some sample is OOS so they substituted it).
Also, regarding your previous comment (my apologies that the program hasn’t put it up), when we tried to checkout and took too long, some sites will reset your cart for the security issue. I hope it’s helpful. Thank you.
